The extension connects to Microsoft Outlook using the Microsoft Graph API in order to check email metadata such as sender and subject. This information is used solely to trigger alerts configured by the user.
InboxPilot does not read or store email bodies or attachments.
Authentication is handled securely through Microsoft login.
No personal data is sold, shared, or transmitted to third parties.
All alert configurations are stored locally within the user’s browser.
